We’re definitely too old to be out trick-or-treating tonight, but we still found a fun way to celebrate: last weekend we took a leisurely walk through a historic downtown neighborhood to admire Halloween and autumn decorations. We didn’t see an abundance of over-the-top displays — the full holiday extravaganza usually arrives at Christmas — but we did find several tasteful, well-styled vignettes that felt inspired and seasonal.
