Explore Our New Mood Board Gallery: Browse by Color or Room
We’re excited to introduce a streamlined, easy-to-use mood board gallery designed to help you find home design inspiration quickly. After collecting nearly three years’ worth of mood boards, we organized them into a browsable gallery so you can explore ideas by color, by room, or simply view everything at once. This new Mood Board section makes it simple to discover color palettes, furniture arrangements, and accessory combinations that can spark your next makeover.
The gallery contains nearly 150 mood boards curated over time, each one focused on specific styles, palettes, and spaces. Whether you’re hunting for living room color schemes, bedroom vibes, kitchen layouts, or small-space solutions, the gallery lets you filter and sort to find the boards that match your needs. You’ll find boards that emphasize calming neutrals, bold accent colors, layered textures, and practical furniture placement strategies.
Each mood board thumbnail opens to a larger view with a clear visual layout and a source list that helps you track down similar items. Even when an exact piece is no longer available, a mood board still serves as a reference for the overall look—guiding your search for furniture, fabrics, artwork, and DIY alternatives. The source lists and product suggestions are meant to be practical starting points so you can replicate a look or adapt elements to your budget and style.
We built the gallery to be approachable and useful whether you’re a seasoned decorator or just starting to pull together a room. Filters let you narrow by color family—blues, greens, neutrals, warm tones, and more—or by room type, including living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces. You can also choose to view the newest boards first to see our latest ideas and trends as they’re added.
The gallery interface was designed with clarity and accessibility in mind. Thumbnail images are easy to scan, and larger views provide enough detail to assess textures, layering, and composition. If you find a mood board you love, use it as a checklist for shopping, as inspiration for a DIY project, or as the foundation for a full-room overhaul. We’d love to see your before-and-after photos if a mood board inspires a real-life transformation—please share them along with the board that sparked your vision.
Looking ahead, we plan to expand this concept to include reader-submitted transformations and curated collections of completed projects. The goal is to build a searchable library of real homes and design solutions categorized by room and color, making it easier to find practical examples that match your own space. For now, the mood board gallery is a concentrated resource packed with visual ideas and sourcing information to help you jumpstart any interior update.
To start exploring, look for the Mood Boards tab in our site header. Click any thumbnail to open the full board and view its source list. While it’s not an elaborate piece of technology, the gallery is intentionally straightforward so you can focus on the creative part—imagining and executing a beautiful, functional space. Take your time browsing, mix and match colors and furnishings, and enjoy the process of shaping a home that reflects your personality and needs.
We’ll continue adding new mood boards regularly, so check back often for fresh palettes and layouts. Happy browsing, and may your next design project be inspired, manageable, and fun.
