Designing this line has been a collaborative, hands-on process. We wanted pieces that look thoughtfully designed and feel durable in everyday life—furniture you’ll actually use, not just admire from a distance. That meant testing fabrics, refining proportions, and confirming construction details until everything felt right.

Seeing the pieces together for the first time exceeded our expectations. They mix and match so well, and we love how the collection reads as cohesive yet flexible. The finishes and fabrics translate beautifully in real rooms, which makes us excited for you to style them in your home.
Scalloped Sideboard | Spiffy Armchair
We shot much of the campaign in a rented home in North Carolina with fantastic architecture, and the photos came out better than we’d imagined. The house doubled as a studio—furniture, accessories, and equipment filled every room—so capturing each vignette felt like staging a tiny story. The living room even served as a bedroom during the shoot, which made for memorable behind-the-scenes moments.

A few weeks ago we received some samples at home and it really completed the experience of designing pieces we want to live with ourselves. Some items moved into our kids’ crafting area and instantly improved daily life—no more tiny chairs that leave your posterior aching. Practical, beautiful, and kid-friendly is exactly what we were aiming for.
We partnered with a manufacturer in High Point, North Carolina, who has experience producing dependable, well-made furniture. Over the last 18 months we visited showrooms, exchanged ideas with their design team, and refined many prototypes. Not every sketch made the final cut—some ideas were impractical or too costly to produce—but we learned a lot during the process and already have plans to explore more designs in future releases.
Durability and real-life usability were non-negotiable. We avoided flimsy materials like cardboard backs and selected performance fabrics for upholstered pieces so they better resist stains and wear. We also incorporated thoughtful features—small castors on a skirted dining chair for easy movement, a velvet-lined sliding tray in a dresser drawer, and other details that add convenience without compromising style.
Stenciled 2-Drawer Chest
We designed the collection to be versatile and easy to integrate with existing furniture. Many pieces come in classic yet interesting finishes so you can refresh a room without a full redesign. Simple additions—a side table with a soft green-blue finish or a patterned chest—can quietly elevate your space.
X-Back Dining Chair | Drop Leaf Table
We plan to expand color and fabric options for bestsellers over time—different upholstery colors, alternate wood finishes, and counter-height versions of several chairs are all on our wish list. We’re excited by the possibilities and hope to introduce more variations in future drops.
Keen Dining Chair | Chipper Dining Table
We added personal touches throughout the collection—dentil molding, inlay-inspired patterns, fluted leg details, and interesting tops that break away from simple rectangles. Those subtle nods help the pieces feel distinctive while remaining timeless.
