It took just under six hours for this blogiversary giveaway to reach its 10,000-entry limit, so we’re posting an early update with the randomly selected winner. Congratulations to Britta, who hopes that in five years she’ll be past the daily diaper days and sleeping through the night. Congrats, Britta!
For our fifth blogiversary we put together a special five-themed giveaway: five $500 prizes from several of our favorite shops, for a total of $2,500 for one lucky winner. The participating retailers are FLOR, HomeGoods, Joss & Main, Shades of Light and Z Gallerie.
The five sponsors aren’t just brands we admire; they’ve all played a role in our blog’s story. Z Gallerie has been one of our earliest and most loyal partners, and they’ve supported our giveaways before — including the first time we exceeded 1,000 entries.
Shades of Light, based in Richmond, is another longtime supporter. Their fixtures have made their way into our home more than once, and we’re looking forward to sharing an upcoming announcement involving them soon.
Joss & Main is a newer favorite. They’ve invited us to curate sale collections twice, which was such a fun opportunity that made us feel like real designers for a bit.
HomeGoods has been a frequent source of inspiration for the blog and for readers, from shopping trips that lead to great finds to a past collaboration where they helped us makeover a local family’s living spaces. Their items show up on the blog often because they consistently offer accessible and distinctive pieces.
FLOR’s catalogs are a treat to receive, and their modular rugs are a favorite of ours. They’ll also be involved in our upcoming book tour, and we’ll share more details about that soon.
